20日，教育部基础教育司发布2008年的工作要点，称中小学生减负、提高学生综合素质仍是今年的工作重点；今年将大力推进中考改革，推行中考和综合素质评价相结合的招生制度。
推进中考改革扩大高中课改
今年教育部还将继续扩大高中课改试点，并将研究建立普通高中学业水平考试制度，指导实行普通高中新课程省份的高校进行招生考试综合改革。
此外，今年还将大力推进中考改革，中招将考查学生综合素质，积极推行毕业生学业考试与综合素质评价相结合的招生制度，推广将部分普通高中招生指标均衡分配到区域内初中的办法，切实减轻中小学生过重课业负担。 |
